All Bleuettes were made by the SFBJ, except Bleuette 58 made by Gégé.
All Bleuettes have fully-jointed (including wrists) French bodies made of painted wood and composition, marked 2 on the back and 1 on the soles of the feet, with open mouths and four teeth, except the 301 Bleuette from 1954 with closed mouth, and the 251-2 with two teeth.

In 1957, the SFBJ ceased making dolls. Bleuette 58 was made by Gégé for two years.
